Terms of Sale

All sales are final as this business is closing down at the end of the year (2024).

All of our PACIFIC ECOSYSTEM merch is going to be printed and dispatched in the first week of December.

Refunds and exchanges are available on items that are faulty but each case will be handled individually and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the item has been damaged, unclean or tampered with in some way. Returning items for refund or exchange is at the customers expense, we will not cover return shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

We unfortunately no longer ship outside of New Zealand, apologies to our wider community.
